FAMITLY & EXECUTIVES HIKE 7D

Recognizing the requirements of families with children and the extra comforts desired by some executives we have designed a range of excursions that will get adventurous out into the thick of things, but provide comfortable accommodation and excellent cuisine as a relaxing finish to a day's trekking. The following is a 7-day program that encompasses Ecuador's Avenue of the Volcanoes, from north to south; we can adjust the length according to the group's preferences. You will hike on the rugged high lands going through green humid forests, counting on a 4x4 jeep, guide and support staff for your every need. You will spend your nights in comfortable hostels, lodges or huts depending on the location.

Day 1.- Lago San Pablo - La Esperanza
This is easy hiking around Lake San Pablo enjoying the spectacular scenery. Maximum altitude 3.400mts

Day 2.- Otavalo Market
Shopping in the morning, visit Cotacachi
Free afternoon
Overnight in Machachi, hotel. (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Hotel)

Day 3.- Machachi - Cotopaxi - Latacunga
We will visit the Cotopaxi National Park; walk through dry lava rivers crossing Limpiopungo valley witnesses of the last eruption of the Cotopaxi volcano. Hiking time 4 hrs altitude 3.900mts

Day 4.- Quilotoa - Latacunga
A short hike will take us to the Quilotoa crater. We will visit indigenous communities, a unique experience. Hiking time: 3 hours

Day 5.- Saquisili Market - Riobamba
Visit the Indian Market Saquisilí one of the biggest markets in Latin American

Day 6.- Riobamba - Chimborazo - Riobamba
Walk around Chimborazo Refuge Hiking time 2 hours altitude 5.000mts

Day 7.- Riobamba - Nariz Del Diablo
The train ride from Riobamba down to the east of the province of Chimborazo to La Nariz del Diablo. Lunch and return to Quito. (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Hotel)
